Square Enix’ latest campaign involves crossing the borders between worlds and blending elements from various entries in the Final Fantasy Franchise.
Go There is a collaboration between Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and the Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster (possibly Final Fantasy VII, depending on your point of view).
First up will be a reference to a Realm Reborn in Lightning Returns, those willing to trade away some of the valuable time on the countdown clock will gain access to the Miqo-te outfit (see fanservice), alongside an Eorzean weapon and shield, plus the following (see fanservice) pose.
It would be right if those two games didn’t return the favour, in fact Lightning is set to make an appearance in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn with a quest line and FATE event that incorporate her into the lore.
Players who finish these quests will gain access to either Snow or Lightning’s costumes from Final Fantasy XIII.
Lastly Square Enix are working their hardest to create a Yuna costume worth of dressing Lightning in, that and we already know our heroine fancies a bit of cross-dressing.
